WARRANTY PMB Electronics warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Within this warranty period, PMB Electronics will repair or replace, at its option, defective parts at no charge, provided the product is returned to PMB Electronics. The warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, abuse or neglect on the part of the owner. The warranty is also invalid in any case if the product is taken apart, altered or serviced by an unauthorised service station. Returned goods will not be accepted without the prior written approval of PMB and must be received freight prepaid by PMB within 30 days of the date of delivery. REFUND POLICY PMB Electronics will refund payments on returned goods when the goods are returned in original condition and in original packaging. Remember that the majority of PMB Electronics products are static sensitive, modular components of larger systems. These generally cannot be considered brand new products once removed from their original packaging. Contact PMB for details relating to a specific product PMB Electronics reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee. |
